Time to party, Caribbean style!
On Saturday, August 15th get ready for the annual beach bash of the summer, On the River! Saturday is a 21 year old plus event and will include:

- 1,500 tons of sand dumped in downtown South Bend
- Palm trees
- A huge Main Stage with live music and a DJ
- 6 on 6 volleyball tournament
- Cornhole
- Great food
- Refreshing beverages
- and the best fireworks show east of the St. Joseph!
Combine all that with hundreds of people who love to have fun in the sun, throw in some social consciousness and you’ve got On the River 2009! See you there!
The event will be from 3PM – 11PM on Saturday, August 15, 2009. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the gate. So get your tickets now! Advance ticket sales will end at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 15th for the Saturday night Beach Bash.
Come party with Lunar Beach House, Ras SoulJah, Gregory B and a live DJ. These artists will be rockin' the main stage all day and night long! Oh yes, don’t forget your sandals and Hawaiian shirts!
